These terms apply to Machshevot Portal ("the portal", at projects.machshevot.uk), operated by Machshevot ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them.
1. Invited users only
The portal is a private, internal tool. You may use it only if we have invited you, and only for the work you were invited for. Your invitation is personal: do not share your sign-in or let anyone else use your session.
2. Acceptable use
Do not try to reach parts of the portal you were not given access to, interfere with its operation, or copy its contents outside the work you were invited for. Information you see in the portal is confidential unless we say otherwise.
3. Access can change
We may change, suspend or end the portal, or remove anyone's access, at any time and without notice.
4. No warranty
The portal is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the portal or from it being unavailable.
6. Privacy
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Jerusalem have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown on this page.
